The undersigned by the duly authorized officer, agent or employee (hereinafter called “exhibitor”) hereby enters into a contract with the Power Sources Conference (hereinafter called “PSC”) for exhibit space at the Power sources Conference on June 7-9, 2021 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa Ponte Vedra Beach Fl. (hereinafter called “Facility”) This contract is subject only to (1) the acceptance by counter signature of PSC’s show management company and (2) such additional terms and conditions which constitute a part of, or are included in, this contract.
