WHEREAS, the Union is certified by the Ontario Labour Relations Board (September 17, 2002) as the bargaining agent of all Registered Practical Nurses employed as such by Chelsey Park Retirement Community – Retirement Residence/Apartment Complex a Division of Extendicare (Canada) Inc. at its apartment complex in London, Ontario, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office and clerical staff, graduate nurses, and persons covered by subsisting collective agreements.

WHEREAS, the Union is certified by the Ontario Labour Relations Board (August 1, 2001) as the bargaining agent of all employees of the respondent at Chelsey Park Oxford at its retirement residence/apartment complex in London, Ontario, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisors, professional staff, office and clerical staff, persons regularly employed for not more than 24 hours per week, students employed during the school vacation period and persons covered by subsisting collective agreements.
