At your request, we propose to furnish Professional Engineering Services related to the inspection of the above-referenced dam. The dam will be inspected, and a report prepared in accordance with the Dam Safety Act, Part 307 of Act 451 of 1994 and the Administrative Rules for the Dam Safety Act, effective July 24, 1993. Previous inspection reports will be utilized in completing the report. A detailed scope and estimated lump sum fee for the dam inspection is outlined below:
