Temporary Employees: A temporary employee is one who is employed by the employer to fill a time-limited position or vacancy of not more than twelve (12) months or to replace an employee who is on pregnancy or parental leave. Temporary employees whose employment is continued beyond twelve (12) months shall be entitled to all the rights and benefits of the collective agreement.
