This Memorandum Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation with principal offices in Athens, Georgia (“UGARF”), and Columbia County Board of Commissioners, organized under the laws of with a principal place of business located at 630 Ronald Reagan Drive, Evans, GA 30809 (“Sponsor”). UGARF and Sponsor each may be referred to individually as a “Party” and/or collectively as the “Parties.”
