Millgate Connect undertake to provide, and the Customer undertakes to use the Services described on the Order Form on the terms set out in this Agreement. These General Terms and Conditions on which we will supply Goods and Services include a number of Service Specific Annexes (“Annexes”) which apply where you buy any relevant Service from us. The Definitions applicable to this Agreement can be found at Appendix 1.
