This Preferred Distributor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 30, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bloom Energy Corporation (“Company”), a corporation established under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and SK D&D Co., Ltd, a corporation established under the laws of the Republic of Korea (“Distributor”).
