This is a Joint Institutional Agreement on the part of Georgia Highlands College (GHC) and West Georgia Technical College (WGTC) to formally establish an educational partnership between the two institutions. This agreement is made between West Georgia Technical College and the Associate of Applied Science Degree Dental Hygiene Program and Georgia Highlands College and the Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene Completion Program. In this agreement, GHC and WGTC are collectively referred to as the Parties.
