This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”), is made and entered into as of the date of the last signature set forth below by and between the City of Pasadena, a municipal corporation, the City of Glendale, a municipal corporation, and the City of Burbank, a municipal corporation, collectively, these entities shall be known herein as “Arroyo Verdugo Transit Operators” or “Parties” or individually as “Party.”
