THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is between the New York State (the “State”) Office of the State Comptroller by the Department of Audit and Control (“OSC”), whose main office and principal place of business is 110 State Street, Albany, New York 12236, and IIT, Inc. (the “Contractor”), whose office is located at 7 Summerwind Drive, Glen Head, New York 11545 (OSC and the Contractor are collectively referred to as “the Parties”).
