(“Sohu New Media”), a company organized and existing under the laws of the PRC with its registered address at Room 802, 8th Floor of Sohu.com Internet Plaza, No.1 Park, Zhongguancun East Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China and its legal representative being Charles Zhang.
