Seller agrees to provide to Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) the goods (“Goods”) and/or services (“Services”), described in any purchase order (hereinafter referred to as the “Order”), in accordance with these General Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
