I, the undersigned, am hereby donating the described photographs to the SullivanMunce Cultural Center, located in Zionsville, Indiana, and do hereby transfer any and all rights, title or interests thereto to SullivanMunce Cultural Center for no compensation. In addition, I hereby grant possession thereto and full permission for any use of the photographs described above for reproduction on its Web site or in any other forms or mediums, including but not limited to, any and all publications and displays or exhibits without further consideration or compensation.
