This Master Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) to provide or purchase Services (as defined in Section 1) is entered into as of the later of the dates set out on the signature page hereto (the “Effective Date”) by and between China Telecom (Americas) Corporation (“CT Americas”) and (“Customer”). CT Americas and Customer may be referred to collectively as “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.” CT Americas and Customer agree that the terms of this Agreement apply to the provision and use of all Services. Capitalized terms are defined in Attachment A hereto.
