CITY OF CHEYENNE MUNICIPAL COURT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Laramie County, Wyoming (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”), the Laramie County Sheriff (hereinafter referred to as “SHERIFF”) and the City of Cheyenne (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”), to be effective July 1, 2013 and thereafter until modified or terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
