This Rural Water System Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between (“Owner”), and the Falcon Fire Protection District ("District"), a special district organized under the laws of the State of Colorado. The Owner and the District are referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as a “Party."
