This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Stericycle, Inc., 2355 Waukegan Road, Bannockburn, IL 60015, (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated November 2, 2022, executed under City Directorial Order No. 28941, and County Contract C-22-0861, dated November 8, 2022, for Annual Service – Hazardous Medical Waste Pick-Up and Disposal Services, Bid No. 22-154, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
