The following sets forth the agreement made on May 20, 2019 (the “Agreement”) with respect to the services to be provided by Ryan Korban LLC, for the interior design of the private residence located at Penthouse A/B 50 Bride Park Drive Brooklyn Heights NY, 11201 which shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Project”. Ryan Korban LLC shall hereinafter sometimes be referred to as “Designer” or “Ryan Korban” and you, Daniel Tilipman and Anna Tilipman, shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Client”.
