Thank you for your interest in contributing to one or more of Unified Communication Framework Consortium’s (“UCF”) Projects (“Project(s)”). In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted with Contributions from any person or entity, the Project(s) respective copyright Holders (the “Copyright Holders”) must have this Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") on file that has been signed by the Individual Contributor (as defined below) and countersigned by a representative of the Copyright Holders, indicating agreement to the license terms below. This license is for your protection as an Individual Contributor as well as the protection of the Copyright Holders and their users; it does not change your rights to use your own Contributions for any other purpose. This CLA is effective as of the date of counter-signature by a representative of the Copyright Holders (“Effective Date”).
