This Consolidated and Restated Billboard Relocation Agreement (2023) (“Agreement”) is made this 1st day of November, 2023, Lamar Central Outdoor, LLC a Delaware limited liability company, a.k.a. The Lamar Companies, a.k.a. Lamar Advertising Company (“Company”), and the City of Corona, a California municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“City”). Company and City are sometimes referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
