This Request For Proposals (RFP) is for a Vending License to Operate (LTO) Agreement for the installation, operation and maintenance of automated food and drink vending machines at the Bellingham International Airport (BLI). Any agreement would be for a term of up to five (5) years. Space made available is negotiable based on the number of machines being proposed for placement at the airport. Airport vending machines would only be allowed on the public side of the terminal, and not in the boarding gate areas beyond the security checkpoint. The proposals will be ranked and the most responsive proposal may be offered a Vending LTO Agreement with the Port. The Port will be the sole judge as to which proposal best suits these facilities needs and requirements. Judgement shall be based on the following six (6) criteria:
