Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “JOGMEC”) and XXX (hereinafter referred to as “XXX”) hereby agree that subject to the terms and conditions hereunder, XXX shall assign its associate individual as Lecturer and JOGMEC shall invite the Lecturer to its facilities located at 2-2, Hamada 1-chome, Mihama-ku, Chiba-shi, Chiba-ken, Japan and the Lecturer shall provide JOGMEC with a technical seminar (hereinafter called “the Services”).
