This Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk (“Release”) is between you and Color Factory, LLC, its subsidiaries, agents, owners, affiliates, sponsors, partners, joint venturers, vendors, officers, directors, volunteers, participants, employees, contractors, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf or in conjunction with Color Factory, LLC (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “Color Factory”). Color Factory operates interactive art installations (the “Activity”) and is willing to permit you and any minor children named below (collectively, the “Participants”), to participate in the Activity under the terms and conditions of this Release. In order to participate in the Activity and enter Color Factory’s premises, you agree to the following.
