ACT This is the form for OSSE to receive the ACT® CD with the data file that "will include the latest test record for each Graduating Class student within the state education agency's jurisdiction. This is similar to last year's data sharing agreement (previous year attached). ACT is sharing data with OSSE. OSSE is not sharing data with ACT.
