THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between JAMES D. VAN COURT (“Seller”), whose address is 5510 Pioneer Road, Boulder, Colorado 80301, and the TOWN OF LYONS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, having an address of 432 5th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado 80540 (the “Town”). The Seller and the Town may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of mutual execution by both Parties (the “Effective Date”).
