PARTICIPATION SHARE AGREEMENT (“Amendment”), dated as of , (the “Amendment Effective Date”) is entered into by and among Central Coast Clean Energy, a California joint powers authority, the City and County of San Francisco acting by and through its Public Utilities Commission, CleanPowerSF, Peninsula Clean Energy Authority, a California joint powers authority, Redwood Coast Energy Authority, a California joint powers authority, City of San José, a California municipality, Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority, a California joint powers authority, Sonoma Clean Power Authority, a California joint powers authority, and Valley Clean Energy, a California joint powers authority.
