In consideration of participating in the 2015 Cardinal Greenway 5K Run/5K Walk I represent that I understand the nature of this Activity and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physi- cal condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that if I believe conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue partici- pation in the Activity.
