The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft agree, effective as of (“Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”), that the modification set forth below is made to the 04 December 2014 .gea Registry Agreement (“Agreement”).
