This End User License Agreement for Sage 50 Accounting products (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Sage Software Canada, Ltd. (“Sage”) and you or the company or other persons you represent (“You” and “Your”). This Agreement governs the installation and use of the accompanying Sage 50 Accounting—Canadian Edition computer software program or add-on product, including but not limited to Sage 50 EFT Direct; all printed and electronic manuals, guides, bulletins and online help (the “Documentation”); and any modifications, updates, revisions or enhancements received by You from Sage or its authorized dealers (collectively, the “Program”). The Program may not be accessed, installed, or used except pursuant to this Agreement.
