WHEREAS the Association, acting on behalf of its members and the Union, wish to make a common collective agreement with respect to certain employees of the members of the Association engaged in work, more particularly described Article I of this agreement, and all work incidental thereto, and to provide for and ensure uniform interpretation and application the administration of the collective agreement.
