For and in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, this First Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) is entered into by the County of Taos, New Mexico, a political subdivision of the State of New Mexico (County), the Town of Taos, New Mexico, a municipal corporation (Town), the Village of Questa, New Mexico, a municipal corporation (Questa), the Village of Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico, a municipal corporation (Taos Ski Valley), and Taos Pueblo, a federally recognized and sovereign Indian tribe (Pueblo), hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties and individually as Party.
