The undersigned applicant hereby acknowledges and agrees the Village may retain the services of professional consultants (including planners, engineers, architects, attorneys, environmental specialists, recreation specialists, and other experts) to assist in the Village’s review relative to your project or involve- ment, as well as to confirm compliance with all requirements of the permit and other ordinances of the Village. (Issuance of an Occupancy Permit or other Permit does not terminate this agreement to pay.) The submittal of an application by the applicant shall be construed as an agreement to pay for such professional review services applicable to the proposal including any finance charges that may accrue. The Village may apply the charges for these services to the Applicant. The Village may delay acceptance of the application as complete, or may delay final approval of the proposal, until the Applicant pays such fees.
