THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, a body corporate and politic, for the benefit of the Community Services Department ("County") and Attention, Inc., a Colorado nonprofit corporation, doing business as TGTHR ("Contractor"). County and Contractor are each a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties.”
