This Separation and General Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 15th day of August, 2010, by and between Donald L. In this Agreement, “Releasees” refers to the Company and its past, present, and future parents, divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates, predecessors, successors and assigns, and their past, present, and future directors, members, partners, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, servants, attorneys, and representatives.
