CONTRIBUTED AMOUNTS. All Contributed Amounts now or hereafter contributed are the sole property of KCCF under the exclusive direction and control of the Board of Directors, even if the Supporting Organization and KCCF cease to offer the Portal. Donor and KCCF agree that the Contributed Amounts shall be used in pursuit of the religious, charitable, or educational activities consistent with KCCF’s religious purposes by supporting organizations whose purposes or activities do not contradict the teachings of the Catholic Church and that are organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
