THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT (the “Easement”) is made this day of , 2024, between DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-1, a public school district and political subdivision of the state of Colorado, whose address is 620 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 (hereinafter “Grantor”), and the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF COLORADO, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, whose address is 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 (hereinafter “Grantee”). Grantor and Grantee, and their respective successors and assigns, may be referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and singularly as a “Party.”
