THIS ADDENDUM NO. 4 TO LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into this day of , 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF TEMPE, an Arizona municipal corporation (“Lessor”), and W-BUTTES, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”). Lessor and Lessee are sometimes referred to in this Amendment collectively as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
