Grant and Term of License (a) ASCAP grants and LICENSEE accepts a license to perform publicly on the"Premises"and at"Events"and "Functions,"and not elsewhere or otherwise,non-dramatic renditions of the separate musical compositions in the "ASCAP repertory."
