This Data Processing agreement (“agreement”) describes the contracting parties’ data protection obligations and the minimum data protection standards that the processor shall meet and maintain in order to protect the personal data from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, theft, manipulation, reproduction, security breach or otherwise as a general agreement for data processing between the parties. The contractual services are established in the main contract (“General Terms and Conditions”).
