This Task Order is between the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, a member of The Texas A&M University System and an agency of the State of Texas, having a place of business at 6300 Ocean Drive, Corpus Christi, TX ("A&M-CORPUS CHRISTI"), and Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas, a navigation district operating under Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Texas, having a place of business at 222 Power Street, Corpus Christi ("SPONSOR"). The Parties entered into a Master Research Agreement (“Agreement”) on November 1, 2019 and now enter into this Task Order to authorize performance of research under the Agreement. The Parties agree as follows:
