This is an employment agreement between (employee’s name referred to as “you” or “your” and the Departmental element (hereafter referred to as “the employer” or Departmental element) for the purposes of the employer committing to retaining you in a phased retirement status to fulfill a need for your services. In return, you are committing to a period of service and will provide mentoring services to the employer. This agreement must be signed by all parties prior to the effective date of this agreement.
