This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into as of , 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Milpitas, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“City”), and the Milpitas Unified School District, a public school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“District” or “MUSD”). City and District are sometimes individually referred to as “party” and collectively as “parties” in this MOU.
