This agreement, when signed and witnessed below, shall constitute an agreement regarding marketing relating to the business of Braman Motors Miami located at 2060 Biscayne Blvd, Miami in the State of FL in the zip code 33137, and INVESEO, LLC located at 490 Ocean Rd, Portsmouth in the State of New Hampshire in the zip code 03801, hereinafter referred to as the “Parties,” as of the date executed, this known as the “Effective Date.” For purpose of this agreement Braman Motors Miami shall be referred to as the “Company” or the “Disclosing Party,” and INVESEO, LLC shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Recipient.”
