The following represents the IESO’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Agreement. If a Proponent is unwilling to sign the Agreement in the form below, it should include details of any proposed changes in a marked-up version to be submitted as part of the Proposal. Proponents whose Proposals do not contain any such mark-up of the Agreement will be deemed to have accepted the form of Agreement in this Appendix E.
