This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into by and among the following Settling Parties (as defined below): (i) Kathy Jackson-Battle and Jessica Ramirez (“Representative Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), by and through her counsel at Mason Lietz & Klinger, LLP ( “Proposed Settlement Class Counsel” or “Class Counsel”); (ii) Navicent Health, Inc.
