CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT (“Assignment”) is made as of the first day of April, 2023, conditioned upon the consent of the CITY OF WATSONVILLE, a charter city and municipal corporation (“City”), by and between PRECISION DYNAMIC MACHINING, INC., a California corporation (“Assignor”), and GLOBAL PRECISION MANUFACTURING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Assignee”).
