AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into this day of , 20 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Minot, North Dakota ("City" or "LICENSOR"), and Northwest Dakota Cellular of North Dakota Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless ("LICENSEE"). LICENSOR and LICENSEE are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Parties" or individually as the "Party."
