This is an End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“you”) and Tulsey Type LLC d/b/a Tulsey Type (“Tulsey Type”). This EULA governs your access to or use of Tulsey Type’s (“We”, “Us” or “Our” “Licensor”) fonts and related software and materials (“Font Software”). Please read this EULA carefully. By downloading or installing Tulsey Type Font Software, you are agreeing to the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or complete the installation of the Font Software.
