This Linkage Data Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Command Precision, Inc. d/b/a persistent.id, a Delaware corporation (“PID”) and FourLeaf LLC (“FourLeaf”) and is effective as of September 24, 2021 (“Effective Date”). PID and FourLeaf are sometimes referred herein to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
