This Agreement is made between CTV Ottawa (a division of Bell Media Inc.), hereinafter known as the Employer, and the Ottawa Newspaper Guild, Local 30205 of CWA Canada (CLC, AFL-CIO, IFJ), hereinafter known as the Guild, for itself and on behalf of all the employees of the Employer, as described in certificates issued by the Canada Labour Relations Board on the sixteenth day of February 1970, hereinafter known as the employees.
